Suuns are a Canadian rock band from Montreal. Hold/Still is their third studio album. They’re somewhat hard to pin down sonically – tracks on this album range from experimental/arty to almost pop! But overall there are creative rhythms, beautiful melodies, and an interesting sonic palette throughout. Something akin to Radiohead meets The Velvet Underground with some early Human League synth work thrown in here and there. Mortise and Tenon and Careful are my current favourite tracks but the whole album is an excellent and interesting listen.
