Mogwai are a fairly well known Scottish post-rock band who have been going for over 20 years now. Atomic is their ninth studio album. It’s actually a soundtrack album of music they produced for a documentary – Atomic: Living in Dread and Promise.

It’s a mellow listen and a grower. There is a lot of interest to be found in the details and some great melodies.
